Energy is always flowing. Like water it searches the sea, where it can flow and on its way, embraces the nourishment of the earth.

As energy is always flowing, we have to be mindful, awaken about the true nature of energy. If we do not direct it with our conscious mind- our conscious spirits- it will seem like it has directed itself, by our unconscious minds. Our unconscious minds might be controlled by other factors than love.

Deep inside us each and everyone living on this planet lie seeds of fear and seeds of love.

To conquer the fear we have to embrace ourselves a 100%. When we see that all suffering ends with loving who we are, loving the life we live and living the life we love, we are already on our way to enlightenment. Which means, to be free from fear, from suffering –and being our deepest selves, sensed from within. This is our true nature.

You don’t have to seize your light to be worth fully, to be loveable. You are just as perfect as you truly are. You don’t have to change yourself in someone that is no longer you. There is only one unique you and you have the right to shine! J

Remember who you really are. You are divine, you are the universe and the universe is you. Don’t forget it. Just breath and fill your lungs with the enjoyment of living.
